The space

Your Soldotna base for fishing trips and family stays starts here. 4 Bears is a quiet 1 acre home just 10 to 15 minutes from the Kenai River, with a large deck, grill, fire pit, heated garage for gear, and a chest freezer for your catch. Inside, you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a flexible den sleeping space, a stocked kitchen, family extras like a pack n play and high chair, a whole-house generator and filtered and softned well water for added peace of mind.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire home and garage. Please note that we have Housekeeping and owner closets that will be locked. The outdoor shed and boat is reserved for owner use.

We are a nonsmoking and pet free property.
