Quiet Soldotna Fall escape starts here. Relax on the deck, grill dinner, or gather around the fire pit, we provide the firewood! Set at the end of a maintained dirt road in a peaceful neighborhood with zero through traffic, you’ll enjoy a quiet, private setting while still being close to everything Soldotna has to offer. You're just 5–15 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, & attractions. Gear garage. Whole-house generator & filtered, well water. 3 bedrooms/2 baths and Den with Full Bed.
The space
Pack Light We’ve stocked the essentials—shampoo, body wash, and even your morning coffee and starter creamer—so you can simply settle in and enjoy. After a day of fishing, exploring, or moose spotting, kick back and enjoy the 75-inch Roku TV with attached HDMI for your gaming. Stream your favorite shows and movies using your personal accounts. An electric fireplace, comfy seating, and plenty of space to gather for movies, games, and your favorite playlists with the Bose speaker. The kitchen is fully stocked for real meals, with a five-burner gas stove, dishwasher, air fryer, cookware, spices, coffee, tea, cocoa, and a fridge with filtered water and ice. The layout works beautifully for groups. You'll have three private bedrooms, including a king suite with an ensuite bath, plus a flexible den with a full bed and its own door for added privacy. A twin-size rollaway bed is also available, making it easy to accommodate an extra child or teen. Two full bathrooms, fluffy towels, blackout shades, portable fans, and in-home washer and dryer make longer stays especially comfortable. The heated garage includes space for gear, fishing pole racks, and the chest freezer, while the backyard invites everyone to slow down with outdoor furniture, a chiminea, and evenings around the fire pit. For families traveling with little ones, there is a pack n play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and board games already here. You will also enjoy the extras, self check-in with a smart lock, fast wifi, a dedicated workspace, filtered and softened water, an air purifier, and a whole-house generator for added comfort. For your comfort (and to keep the home fresh), we kindly ask that you do not clean fish inside the home or anywhere on the property. There are many fish cleaning stations along the river. At this time, we are not taking reservations for July of 2027.

Policies and access: no pets, no smoking or vaping inside the home, smoking only allowed near firepit. Please dispose in proper outdoor container. Guests have access to the full home and garage. The outside shed, boat, and locked owner and housekeeping closets are not available to guests.

🐾 No Pets. While we love animals, we kindly ask guests not to bring pets. 🚭 No smoking of any kind or vapes in the home. Smoking by firepit only. Discard in proper outdoor bins.

Loved staying at 4 Bears! It was the perfect home for a family visit. It’s even nicer than the photos. Well stocked kitchen for preparing meals, everyone slept great. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

This place was absolutely perfect! We stayed for 9 days, and by the time we left, it truly felt like a home away from home. We made so many wonderful family memories here that we will always treasure. The house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking meals during a longer stay so easy. We also loved having the family games available, and the firepit was such a nice addition. We spent one evening around the fire, and it made for such a fun family memory. You can tell so much thought has been put into making this home welcoming and comfortable for guests. After 9 days, we were honestly a little sad to leave! We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, family-friendly place to stay. Thank you for helping make our trip to Alaska so special!

Spacious , clean and comfortable house. We enjoyed our stay there. Special thanks for her letting us check in before 2:00pm so we can make some food for lunch because the Soldotna restaurant open at 3:00pm.

No Smoking in the home, garage, front porch or back deck. Smoking only allowed by Firepit. Please dispose in the dumpster. The dumpster is for household trash only. Please do not dispose of work-related, construction, or commercial waste in the dumpster. The outside shed and boat are reserved for homeowner use. No Pets. Undisclosed pets $200 fee. Service Animals must be noted by message to Host before check-in.
